Day 4 of the Crossing- An “Innocent Age” Sunrise

As the sun begins to rise over the coastal hills of Fisterra, Spain, a sense of calm and peacefulness descends over the ocean. It's during my morning watch, as the world slowly comes to life, that I find myself listening to Dan Fogelberg's "Innocent Age." The song's soothing melody and poignant lyrics seem to perfectly capture the beauty and serenity of this moment.

Almost on que, the dolphins return to swim and play around us. Their playful antics and graceful movements are a sight to behold, and it's hard not to feel a sense of wonder and amazement at the beauty of nature. The sun's rays begin to illuminate the sky, painting it with hues of pink and orange, and I'm reminded of the power and beauty of the natural world.
